I help busy perimenopausal moms finally feel at home in their bodies again.

If you’re navigating midlife and wondering why the things that used to work don’t anymore — why your energy is low, your clothes fit differently, your workouts aren’t moving the needle, and your body feels like it’s working against you — I see you. I’ve been there.

For seven years, I’ve been in the fitness space. But a couple of years ago, perimenopause knocked me sideways. I experienced sudden weight gain, disrupted sleep, mood swings, fatigue, and the frustration of doing “all the right things” with no results. I felt confused, discouraged, and honestly… betrayed by my own body.

I kept asking myself, “What am I doing wrong?” I told myself it was just stress, motherhood, and life — but deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

I eventually found a provider who truly listened, and together we balanced my hormones. I shifted my training to focus on strength, started fueling my body intentionally through macro tracking, and prioritized daily movement. With those changes, I lost 30 pounds, rebuilt my strength, and started feeling like the supernova I am to the core.

Now I coach women through the same journey.

I combine nutrition strategy, strength training, mindset, and lifestyle habits to help women cut through the noise, stop guessing, and finally make progress. No extremes. No crash diets. No burnout. Just practical, sustainable systems that work in real life.
